TrackUnfollowers
Your data, explained plainly

Privacy policy

Effective July 29, 2026. This page explains what is processed when you use TrackUnfollowers.

What you provide

When you use the analyzer, you voluntarily upload an official Instagram data-export ZIP. It may contain usernames and relationship information such as followers and accounts followed.

How the upload is processed

The archive is sent to our server. The service reads supported JSON relationship files, calculates comparison lists, and stores the uploaded archive and generated lists temporarily so results and CSV downloads can be provided.

Technical information

The service may record limited technical information such as the request time, IP address, user-agent string, generated upload identifier, file size, and result counts for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Retention and deletion

Uploads and associated results are configured for automatic deletion after three days. You can delete them sooner using the private purge token shown after processing. Do not share that token.

Analytics and advertising

The website may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These third-party services may process device, browser, usage, cookie, advertising, or approximate-location information according to their own policies and your consent choices where required.

What we do not request

We do not ask for your Instagram password, authentication code, or permission to access or control your Instagram account. The service cannot post, follow, unfollow, or message on your behalf.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid uploading anything other than the requested official relationship export.

Your choices

You may choose not to upload a file, use the immediate deletion control, or contact us with a privacy question at support@trackunfollowers.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
