Summary to obtain the ZIP file correctly

Go to your Instagram profile menu.
Tap Settings and Activity (three lines in the top-right corner).
Search for Download your information and select it.
Select Download or transfer information.
Select your Instagram account → Next.
Select Some of your information.
Under Connections, select Followers and following → Next.
Select Download to device → Next.
Choose Date range → All time → Save.
Choose Format → JSON.
Tap Create files.
Wait for Instagram’s confirmation email.
Download the ZIP from the email or Instagram.
Upload the ZIP to TrackUnfollowers and press Process ZIP.
