Is this safe?
Yes. We never ask for your Instagram password. You upload the official ZIP from Instagram. You can remove your data anytime via your purge token.
Which files do you read?
We read followers_*.json, following_*.json, or followers_and_following.json inside the connections/ folder of your Instagram JSON export.
How long does Instagram take to send the ZIP?
From a few minutes to 48 hours depending on account size.
How long do you store the data?
By default a few days so you can come back to re‑download your CSVs. You can delete immediately using the purge token.
